Coach certification program

A multi-level professional coaching program for executive and senior management

Executive coaching is a powerful tool for cultivating talent and enhancing work performance. In today’s competitive corporate world, executive coaching has become a popular method for corporations to develop key talent and prepare the next generation of leaders to take on bigger role and responsibilities in the organization.

There’s not a universal agreement yet on the definition of coaching. Mentors, counsellors, trainers and business consultants have all adopted the coaching label without changing the work they do. It can be very hard to sort all this out, but in all of the executive coaching programs that have been set up and delivered in companies, there is always an element of “know thyself” in them whether it be managerial styles, leadership style, learning styles, etc.

It’s all about understanding other people, communicating well with others
and unlocking each others potential to be the best we can be.

What is the economic value of coaching?

People place a high value on coaching. How do we know that coaching has value? When executive turnover or staff turnover is prevented by coaching, a specific value judgment can be made.

Based on calculations of turnover costs in executive ranks, the value of a career save is currently estimated at $40,000 to $115,000 for a senior-level manager. The formulas are out there, and in some cases, it’s easy to put a dollar value on coaching. Still, subjective evidence is the most popular way to figure out how much coaching is worth. That’s probably the right approach, because it’s hard to quantify the human factor.

The impact of an executive’s decisions can be measured, but only to a degree. Relationships and morale are certainly assets, but like leadership, they are intangibles. When executive coaching changes the way people work together, there’s a clear return on investment.

The amount of money spent on coaching is significant, as much as billion dollars each year. The way that money is spent is changing. The results are out there, what are you waiting for?
